I played Fever today again and I decided to try some Expert Songs or more difficult songs on Hyper. I first chose Gradius and Afronova Primeval to see if I can clear those songs on Hyper and I did with quite a nice score.

After this I tried other 29 level songs and tried some 30, 31 and 32 level songs as well. I have to say that there were quite long and fast streams which I managed somehow (I missed a lot of notes but still got enough energy to clear the song).

After that I decided to try some of the easiest Expert songs and I cleared them! I will have to try the same in Iroha and Carnival to see if I can manage the same difficulties there.

Also I switched to playing with Beatmania noteskin. It’s more readable and it’s not that eye straining.

Next week there is an anime and music games convention and I’m supposed to run the BEMANI section there. They want to have there Pump it up but I said that I won’t be taking my PS2 and my pad there (anyway it wouldn’t work).

So I wondered where the hell get something like PIU for PC? I found out that there is actually a PC version of Pump it up, but I was too lazy looking for more info. So I just tried all the PIU communities around if I won’t find anything for StepMania and I finally did. (Some Brazilian site with everything, though you need to register and “level up” to get to the download section).

I also remembered that my Polish friend has the simfiles so I tried asking him and finally he told me his secret^_~ He got them from Krokmania.com. So I downloaded some files and I got PIU metrics and theme from some Spanish speaking community. I put that together and ran my StepMania….

That’s how it looks like…and well there’s much more. The Spanish speaking community have like everything…I just can’t get it though-_- *sniff*

I like Beautiful Day remix routine and I wanted to make a video of it. But unfortunately I couldn’t get the sound working so I recorded just this original Beautiful day routine.

Later on this day I just didn’t know what to do so I shot this such an easy routine - Velfarre2006. You won’t believe me but I messed up like ten times at the same place. I couldn’t believe that, I guess I was somewhere else in my thoughts…

Anyway as Avex Trax decided to delete my videos on youtube I will be uploading new routines to my server and I will upload them also to Bemanitube (wrong ratio there).

I got Pop’n Music Fever and now I spent some time unlocking the songs. I don’t like the new songs available at the beginning except a few, but with the unlocks it gets better and there are several DDR songs as well^_~. Most songs come from beatmania as usual^_^.

The look is not the best for me. I prefered PNM Iroha and Carnival was not that bad either. I don’t like PNM 11 and this Fever looks quite wierd for me.

The unlock system is more like “see what the game can do and try it”. You also get points for songs cleared and you can buy new songs for those points. But most songs will be unlocked via this mission mode which has two difficulties - Easy and Hard (hard is quite hard)…

Anyway, if anyone interested in the unlock missions on easy I can share them with you. For the time being I made it to the fourth chapter. I will try to finish it later (tomorrow).

Today at noon a small Czech In The Groove tournament took place in Chotebor.
Four songs were played and the scores were summed up. The one with most percent won the tournament.

The first song was Drifting Away Hard. I don’t like this song but my FA on this song is quite good.

The second song was a shock for everybody. We played Go 60 Go and it seemed that I was the only one who actually played that song before (on hard difficulty). People couldn’t believe that there can be really green arrows in a stepchart.

The third chosen song was Kagami Expert which wasn’t a good choice for some but for one person it was the only ten footer he could master.

The last song was there to make the biggest gap between the second and first place. Random chose us Utopia. I end up as the only person who could pass this song no bar and without problems so even if I wouldn’t be winning all the time it could made me win.

It’s been always like this. When someone wants to get a star he gets 95.86, when he wants to get a double star he gets like 97.98 and when I want to get a triple star I got this 98.97. I have to add that my last arrow was an excellent because I thought that it would end with a freeze but I was mistaken…*sniff*

I wouldn’t mind if this would be for the first time, but I got this already several times…I tried playing Charlene three times today. I got one excellent more the second time and on my final stage I got 3 excellents more so I didn’t get those nice three stars.

It’s been a while that I was informed about infringing Avex Trax rights by email. I thought that it would pass by like water but actually this did not happen.

Well, today I found out that all my Para Para videos have been removed from youtube. That means that all the links below won’t work.

I may upload the videos to my server and post it here but this will take some time.

Today we went to Fantasy Park to play Percussion Master.

After joining the game I saw that the game was played by Czech people from our DDR community so I had scores to break^_^.

But still there rest scores from some Taiwanese people so we have more scores to brake. Today my challenge was not to Full Great a song but to do this three times in a row and get as many Fever hits as I could (my maximum today was 124 o_O)

After the first credit I got one Perfect and two Bravos. That means that you got all Greats (the highest note evaluation) and for perfect you got a 25% bonus. For Bravo you get just 15% bonus. So usually for the first song you get most points. But still my high score was far from the first one…

Second, third credit and I got the twice the First Place! That means that I’m the Percussion Master now! ^_^
